A Source Of Inspiration..

Ian TraynorWelcome! I'm Ian Traynor, and, as you can see from my photo, I've been on this planet for quite a few years!

In my time, I've looked at many different self improvement methods. As a result of that searching, I have found ways of making me a happier and more successful person.

I've also learnt that what has worked for me may not be appropriate for other people. So I've developed this website as a resource for others, such as you, to explore the many different paths towards self improvement.

If you have been looking for guidance on how to be a happier, more positive, more creative person, I hope you will find this website a source of inspiration.

What Is "Self Improvement"?

Also known as "self development", self improvement is about making deep and fundamental changes to you, yourself, as a person. It's not to do with cosmetic changes, such as learning how to date, or becoming more assertive at work (although these could result from self improvement).

At the heart of self improvement lies a fundamental shift in our values and attitudes towards life, towards people and towards our planet.

The changes are permanent, not temporary. They are life-changing. They are positive.

There are no set formulae and no single path towards self improvement. Every person is different, and each individual will have different self improvement goals.

What Will You Find On This Website?

I have tried to give you a variety of information resources from which you might find guidance, inspiration and advice.

Articles: I've assembled a number of high-quality articles covering many different aspects of self improvement. I'm adding to this resource on a regular basis, so please check back here for new articles.

Recommended Reading: I have spent hours looking for high-quality, powerful products which will be really effective in helping you on your path to self improvement. You will find these listed in the left-hand column of every page.

Web Resources: I recognise that there are many excellent self improvement resources on the web, and I've tried to find some of the best for you. Again, I'll be adding new links to this area as I find them, so please check back at regular intervals.

404 Self Improvement TipseBooks: As well as other people's excellent products, which you will find in "Recommended Reading", I've also been fortunate enough to secure the rights to offer you a brilliant little eBook, full of many (404, to be precise!) self improvement tips. It's highly affordable (I'm able to set my own price), so I suggest you have a look at it now.

I sincerely hope that you find information on my website which will help you to a happier and more successful life.

Creative Notions
People seem to have the misconception that only a select few are able to unleash a steady flow of creative genius. That is not true at all. The fact is, creativity is very much like a muscle that needs to be exercised in order to consistently give out great results. If you don't practice harnessing creative thinking, this skill will very much atrophy into inexistence. But keep working and this skill will soon come to you in a snap. More..

Genuine Happiness Comes from Within
Life isn’t the sweetest candy. Sometimes, when I feel like the world is just too heavy, I look around and find people who continued to live fascinating and wonderful lives. And then thoughts come popping into my mind like bubbles from nowhere: "How did their life become so adorably sweet? How come they still can manage to laugh and play around despite a busy stressful life?" More..

The Powers Of A Positive Attitude
This article explains a few things about developing a positive attitude and the benefits it can bring. Please keep an open mind when reading this; you will learn so much more that way. I am going to ask you to something very weird right now. First of all, I want you to listen to your thoughts. Now tell me, what thoughts fill your head? Would you label them as positive, or negative?
