A Source Of Inspiration..
Welcome! I'm Ian Traynor, and, as you can see from my photo,
I've been on this planet for quite a few years!
In my time, I've looked at many different self improvement
methods. As a result of that searching, I have found ways of
making me a happier and more successful person.
I've also learnt that what has worked for me may not be appropriate
for other people. So I've developed this website as a resource
for others, such as you, to explore the many different paths
towards self improvement.
If
you have been looking for guidance on how to be a happier,
more positive, more creative person, I hope you will find
this website a source of inspiration. What Is "Self Improvement"?
Also known as "self development", self improvement is about
making deep and fundamental changes to you, yourself, as a
person. It's not to do with cosmetic changes, such as learning
how to date, or becoming more assertive at work (although these
could result from self improvement).
At the heart of self improvement lies a fundamental shift
in our values and attitudes towards life, towards people and
towards our planet.
The changes are permanent, not temporary. They are life-changing.
They are positive.
There are no set formulae and no single path towards self
improvement. Every person is different, and each individual
will have different self improvement goals.
What Will You Find On This Website?
I have tried to give you a variety of information resources
from which you might find guidance, inspiration and advice.
Articles: I've assembled a number of high-quality articles
covering many different aspects of self improvement. I'm adding
to this resource on a regular basis, so please check back here
for new articles.
Recommended Reading: I have spent hours looking for high-quality,
powerful products which will be really effective in helping
you on your path to self improvement. You will find these listed
in the left-hand column of every page.
Web Resources: I recognise that there are many excellent self
improvement resources on the web, and I've tried to find some
of the best for you. Again, I'll be adding new links to this
area as I find them, so please check back at regular intervals.
eBooks: As well as other people's excellent products, which
you will find in "Recommended Reading", I've also been fortunate
enough to secure the rights to offer you a brilliant little
eBook, full of many (404, to be precise!) self improvement
tips. It's highly affordable (I'm able to set my own price),
so I suggest you have a look at it now.
I sincerely hope that you find information on my website which
will help you to a happier and more successful life.

laugh and play around despite a busy stressful life?" More..
